I missed my own BLOGOVERSARY!!
Blogoversary!!! I can't believe I missed it! I must take a few minutes each day and come check out my own blog! Thats if I can pull myself away from FaceBook! I've become addicted to Treasure Mania, FarmVille, FarmTown and YoVille! Its just me and the dog, so I can do what I want with my time. Actually it feels really good at this time in my life to just worry about me and of course my Boo-Bear! Happy Blogoversary to me!

Best Buds
This is Dominick and Davey Jr. riding around the court in Davey's motorized car. The darned thing has a radio!!! As you can see Dominick loved it. Everything was going along nicely until Davey almost hit a parked car........that was the end of Dominick's ride!!! I entered this one in the Anything/Everything FALL Challenge over at Scrapbook.com
Our LITTLE Punkin
Steve and Lisa took me to Cypress last weekend. I haven't been down there for 7 years. It was a much needed trip to visit my family. My Aunt Cleo and Uncle Bud look wonderful. I swear we keep getting older and they stay the same. Rhonda and Gary took Lisa, Dominick, Karilyn, Davey Jr and myself to the Irvine, CA Pumpkin Patch. It was sure a cute place. Dominick had a great time. I entered this layout in the October Color Challenge over at Scrapbook.com. We were to use the colors PURPLE, GREEN & ORANGE.
giddy up
I finally got some scrap time in!! I entered this one in the October Negative Space and the No Patterned Paper Challenges over at Scrapbook.com. I bought Dominick this little pony riding toy for his birthday and he just loves it!!

Hello to all my blogging friends!
I've been a really bad blogger lately!! I've been really busy with family on the weekends. That seems to be my only time to scrapbook or make a card.
I was able to get my new scrapbook studio all put together this weekend with the help of Lisa. Thank you sweetie-pie for taking the time to help me. I couldn't have done it without you. And thanks to our little Dominick for taking such a long nap!!!
Now that I have a a nice neat, organized place to work........I should start creating real soon!! So watch for new stuff.
My goal is to go blog hopping the next couple of days to say hi to all of you! I miss seeing your work! I'm sure you all have tons of stuff for me to see!

I'VE BEEN MISSING IN ACTION AROUND HERE!
Me and DominickI had a wonderful visit from my cousin Rhonda this past weekend. We haven't seen each other for almost 3 years. We had a great time. We always do. I haven't been making cards or scrapping much lately. I am really starting to miss it. So maybe this week sometime I will get my mojo back. And I must make some time to visit my blog friends!

Everlasting Love!
Day 112 at 365 Cards was to use the word "love" on our card. I cut "love" with the Jasmine Cricut cartridge, I also used Marvy Uchida Scallop punches, Fiskars heart punch for the butterfly, Prima Nursery Tales flower, bling from my stash, the paper is Basic Grey Stella Ruby, Graphic 45 and Brazzill Basics.
Today I became the proud owner of my daughter's 3 year old Beagle. She could no longer keep him with the baby. At first I told her that I couldn't take him because he is a barker. But her and I have been so depressed and crying non-stop just thinking about finding him a new home, I got up this morning and decided I would let him move in. She was actually bringing him over early this morning as they are leaving on a trip to New York. When she got here she had been crying, so at that point I knew I had to offer to keep him. I'm going to give it my best shot as he is the most loveable but barkable dog on earth! Wish me luck.....I do love that little guy!

Swimming with Sis
How cute are these pic's!! These pic's were taken last Sunday, it was a really hot day. I think this was Tommy's first time in the pool this season. He loved it!! He sure looks happy with his big sis Kelly! Doesn't he look like he's floatin' all on his own? Well.....daddy's arm is holding him up! I had all the supplies to make this in my stash. I don't even remember what brand everything is. I just had all this stuff in a bin unmarked!! I need to get better at keeping packaging, so I know what I used.......oh well, thats not going to happen....hehehe!!!
This is a scrap lift of a layout done by Pam Callaghan, her layout was published in Creating Keepsakes Magazine, page 74. Thanks Pam for the inspiration!

Today We Remember
GOD BLESS THE USA by LEE GREENWOODIf tomorrow all the things were gone I’d worked for all my life,
And I had to start again with just my children and my wife.
I’d thank my lucky stars to be living here today,
‘Cause the flag still stands for freedom and they can’t take that away.
And I’m proud to be an American where at least I know I’m free.
And I won’t forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.
And I’d gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land God bless the U.S.A.
From the lakes of Minnesota, to the hills of Tennessee,
across the plains of Texas, from sea to shining sea,
From Detroit down to Houston and New York to LA,
Well, there’s pride in every American heart,
and it’s time to stand and say:
I’m proud to be an American where at least I know I’m free.
And I won’t forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.
And I’d gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today.
‘Cause there ain’t no doubt I love this land God bless the U.S.A.
Tommy
Tommy you say? I thought his name was Dominick? Yes he was named Dominick Russell, after his daddy's grandfather and his mommy's grandfather. So why do they call him Tommy? Well, the name Tommy was Steve's grandfather's nickname! I thought we were going to call him Nick, or Dom or even Russ!! I'm getting used to the name Tommy, so I guess I'll start calling him Tommy!!! I just wish they would have named him Thomas!! That makes more sense to me!!! But......I'm just the gramma!!!
I was able to use all scraps on this one!! Whoo-hoo!

I put this together on an 9 x 11 artist canvas. I painted the edges and adhered the paper (Cosmo Cricket) with Mod Podge. I bought the Karate cutouts at a local scrapbook store. I also used a few rub-ons from Blueye Dezigns that I have had for awhile. I'm very proud of these two!! My Karate grandkids!!!
