Awesome weekend!

I just returned from an awesome stay up at Lake Tahoe for 3 days. Steve and Lisa rented a huge house and invited the whole family to join them. We had a fabulous time! The snow was gorgeous. The kids had a blast skiing and snowboarding at Homewood. There were 16 of us, so we did a lot of cooking, but we all took turns in the kitchen and everyone helped with clean up! We played a lot of cards, which is always a favorite of mine. The babies, Dominick and Mia were great! We couldn't have asked for better kidlets. When we arrived at the house I got really concerned about the stairs, as the main living space was upstairs, I kind of freaked about Mia falling.....but, I spied the coffee table, so we flipped it on its side and placed it in front of the stair well and it worked perfect!! The adults and big kids could just step over it and Mia was blocked in!! And so therefore gramma could relax!! I did keep my eye on it very closely, just in case!!!
